Step Up For Students (Florida) – How to Order TalkBox.Mom

There are two ways to order TalkBox.Mom using your Step Up For Students scholarship funds!

Option 1: MyScholarShop Marketplace

1. Log in to your Step Up For Students account.
2. Select Marketplace, then MyScholarShop.
3. Search for TalkBox.Mom.
4. Add the program(s) you want to purchase to your cart.
5. Proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and submit your order.

After you've placed your order, Step Up For Students will approve or deny it. Once your order is approved and sent to us, we'll process it within one business day.

💡 Please note: If you order multiple Boxes, they'll ship one at a time before the school year ends. If you prefer to receive all your Boxes together, let us know, and we'll ship them together.

Option 2: Reimbursement

If your scholarship allows reimbursement, you can purchase TalkBox.Mom directly and request reimbursement from Step Up For Students.

1. Check that your scholarship allows reimbursement for your purchase.
2. Visit TalkBox.Mom and purchase the program(s) you'd like.
3. Save your order receipt.
4. Log in to your Step Up For Students EMA account.
5. Submit a reimbursement request and upload your receipt.

Step Up For Students will review your request and determine whether it's eligible for reimbursement.
