If I put in a second order, will I start again at box 1?

You'll receive the next Box in your sequence as long as you use the same family email address for every order.

Your Box sequence is tied to your email address, so you won't start over at Box 1 when you order again.

If you need to use different email addresses, let us know in advance, and we can link everything to your original email address.

If you're ordering through a charter school or splitting payments between multiple children, use the same family email address on every purchase order to avoid receiving duplicate Boxes.
